Mark Kiklis has spent twenty years selling, evaluating and developing real estate in the city he grew up in.
Licensed as a Massachusetts broker in 2006, Mark founded Kiklis Real Estate in 2007 and built his career around new construction and development—representing builders, underwriting sites before they're acquired, and advising homeowners on properties where the land is worth more than the house standing on it.
He has also seen development from the other side of the table. Mark served on the Woburn Redevelopment Authority, the city's independent urban renewal and community development agency, a five-member board whose work spans downtown revitalization, economic development, affordable housing, and land use. That service informs how he evaluates a site today—not only what a buyer will pay, but what a city will approve, and why.
Mark reads a property the way a builder does: what the zoning permits, what the site can carry, what construction will cost, and what the finished product will command. For sellers, that often surfaces value a conventional comparable-sales analysis misses entirely. For buyers, it means candid answers about condition, renovation cost, and what a house will genuinely require.
Alongside residential brokerage, Mark handles commercial development and investment sales—land, multifamily, and mixed-use—supported by underwriting, feasibility, and highest-and-best-use analysis. He holds a Certificate in Commercial Real Estate from Boston University and earned his bachelor's degree cum laude from BU's Questrom School of Business, after graduating from Woburn High School.
Mark is a past president and current member of the Kiwanis Club of Woburn, a member of the Woburn Chamber of Commerce, and a former Woburn Youth Hockey coach. He lives in Woburn with his wife and daughter.
